KidGlov Advertising Agency Podcast Hosts Children’s Author, Teacher and Advocate, Jacqelle Lane
KidGlov, a boutique, full-service advertising, branding and content marketing agency based out of Lincoln and Omaha, Neb., recently welcomed Jacqelle Lane, children’s author, teacher, advocate and speaker, to its podcast, Agency for Change. The episode explored Lane’s work supporting children through the development of social and coping skills.
“I’m so inspired by the work of Jacqelle and her leadership as an educator and advocate,” said Lisa Bowen, KidGlov vice president managing director and host of the Agency for Change podcast. “Her work to ensure all children have an equal opportunity to receive a quality education is incredibly impactful.”
Jacqelle Lane, M. Ed. is the former professional practice and policy teaching fellow for the Nebraska State Education Association. She worked diligently on implementing equitable policies and procedures to promote diversity and inclusion at the state and local levels within public schools in the state of Nebraska. She is now the director of diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility at the Omaha Children’s Museum, and has written two books, “From Bully to Bestie,” and “Every Child Matters: Preventing Teenage Suicide and Reducing Bullying.”
During the Agency for Change podcast Lane shares how she helped design and implement DE&I policies for the Nebraska State Education Association, helping to recruit and retain teachers of color; her work with the Omaha Children’s Museum, and her newest book, “Every Child Matters.”
“The earlier that we can start fostering acceptance, love, and opportunity for young people, the better and kinder, and safer our world will be,” said Lane.
