KidGlov Advertising Agency Podcast Hosts Co-Founders of Siamo, Cristina Amigoni and Alex Cullimore

KidGlov, a boutique, full-service advertising, branding and content marketing agency based out of Lincoln and Omaha, Neb., recently welcomed Cristina Amigoni and Alex Cullimore, co-founders of Siamo and podcast hosts of Uncover the Human, to its own podcast, Agency for Change. The episode explored the human experience in the workplace and how the work of Siamo is helping organizations and businesses better engage with their employees.

“We loved hearing insights from Cristina and Alex on the Agency for Change podcast,” said Katherine Warren, KidGlov chief operating officer. “The work of Siamo helps companies foster collaboration and community by encouraging people to bring their most authentic self to work. Concepts like these are revolutionizing organizational operations, bringing greater value to everyone at the table.”

Siamo is a company focused on the human experience in the workplace by providing development programs, coaching, organizational change, management, consulting and people experience solutions. The group was founded by Amigoni and Cullimore, who believe people are the greatest asset of any organization, team and community.

“We started Siamo trying to get work to be a more authentic space so people can bring themselves to work and then work a little more comfortably,” said Cullimore. “Then we can introduce work functions and leadership processes that allow people to be more natural and work with life rather than against it.”

During the Agency for Change podcast, the pair discussed the importance of the “people experience” in the workplace, the impact of the pandemic—including The Great Resignation—and letting people have a voice in their roles.

“The Great Resignation and the constant outflow of people leaving isn’t a surprise, it was always in the making. People have been working hard and are very passionate and then they’re in tears and frustrated and burnt out. The pandemic accelerated it,” said Amigoni. “We look for solutions to this, helping leadership create an environment where people are able to express themselves and have a voice when they go to work.”

In addition to running Siamo, Amigoni and Cullimore host a podcast, Uncover the Human, an in-depth exploration of authenticity in every aspect of our lives. Listen at https://uncoverthehuman.wearesiamo.com/ and learn more about Siamo at https://www.wearesiamo.com/.
