KidGlov Advertising Agency Podcast Hosts Lutheran Family Services of Nebraska

KidGlov, a boutique marketing and advertising agency based out of Lincoln and Omaha, Neb., was pleased to welcome Lutheran Family Services of Nebraska to a recent episode of their podcast, Agency for Change. Matt Martin, AVP of community services, refugee and immigrant programs, and Mark Versen, chief development officer, of Lutheran Family Services were guests on the marketing agency’s podcast.

“Refugees are people who come to our country, not through any choice of their own, but because of war, natural disasters or persecution because of their identity, their religion, their politics,” said Martin. “In most cases, these are people who are fleeing for their lives, taking their families, and whatever few possessions they have. We meet them at the airport, help them get settled within the community and find meaningful work.” 

The podcast episode explored Lutheran Family Services’ support of refugees and its other programs including foster care adoption, behavioral health programs for those suffering from mental illness and substance abuse, PTSD support for veterans and even programs that help fathers reconnect with their children.
