KidGlov, a boutique marketing and advertising agency based out of Lincoln and Omaha, Neb., recently welcomed Shawna Forsberg, president and CEO of United Way of the Midlands, to its podcast, Agency for Change. The episode explored how the organization has been serving the community since 1923.

“What we are really proud of is being as efficient as we possibly can,” said Forsberg. “That takes a lot of volunteers sharing their talents with us. We simply could not do the work if it wasn’t for volunteers and it has allowed us to have 93 cents of every dollar donated going directly into the community.”
